Your website is an investment in your business. Without a well thought-out, aligned and user-focused design you won’t turn visitors into customers. I am an experienced creative who will make the design process super smooth and worthwhile for you, and have made my packages packed with value that will help your business grow.

For larger projects, I require a deposit of 50% prior to starting the project and the remaining 50% on sign-off. I will always outline these dates in our project agreement and send out invoices for each stage. In some cases, I will be open to a partial trading of services which may help with your budgeting - feel free to ask me about this!

Simply put, it starts with research about your business needs, then an initial design stage where I will answer your brief. Once you’re happy with the initial design, I get to building your website, giving you 2 opportunities to give feedback before launching!

For most new websites, I’ll complete within a week. This means there is a lot of preparation work to make sure everything gets done in the week.
Other design projects may vary depending on complexity. When we start working together I will send you a design proposal that outlines your project timeline so you know when you can expect to hear from me and when I’ll need your input.

The hosting plan is needed to make your site publicly available. Otherwise it is hidden behind a password wall and is not visible for anyone to find.

You will be the owner. While I work on your website, I am the owner. But as soon as my services have been fully paid via the final invoice, I will transfer ownership of the website to you and you are welcome to remove me as a contributor or to reduce my permissions.

If you have a new website that I have set up for you, you will get 20% off your first year on the annual plan. Here is a breakdown of costs…
On the monthly plan, you would pay £345.60 for the whole year. (£28.80 x 12 = £345.60)
On the annual plan, with the 20% off, the first year is £195.84, PLUS you get a free domain (worth $16) and professional email for the first year (worth £55.20)

Depending on your website requirements, I may advise you to sign up to the Business plan because it allows you to:
• have a free professional email (i.e hello@mywebsite.com)
• add custom coding (to make the design exactly as we want it)
• sell products directly from the website
• have access to website analytics
• have promotional popups/banners
